Conduit Gallery will bring Brooklyn based gallery Pierogi 2000 to Dallas with selections from the gallery's flat files. The gallery's flat files began in 1995 with the idea of making artwork available to a larger audience.

The flat files have been exhibited throughout the world including; The Currier Museum of Art, Manchester, NH; Art Forum, Berlin; Ronald Feldman Gallery, New York, NY; the Museum of Modern Art, New York, NY; Gas Works Gallery, London, England; Yerba Buena Center, San Francisco, CA and POST Gallery, Los Angeles, CA.
Jeremy Red
Winter Journal 2003/2004
Mr. Red's paintings are rich stories whose characters are drawn from his own life. These visual narratives each focus on a particular person incorporating text, bright blocks of color and whimsically adept drawings which enable the viewer a candid look into the relationship between the artist and his subject.
PROJECT ROOM
C.J. Davis
New Work
The Conduit Gallery Project Room will feature five new paintings by Dallas artist C.J. Davis. Mr. Davis' topographic, highly tactile paintings on board are completely unself referential. With out dealing with personal, introspective issues popularly addressed in contemporary art Mr. Davis is able to deal with formal issues of painting and create beautiful figure/ground relationships that are the manifestation of time, energy and effort.
